Smoke houses with external cooling system

 

Vertical and horizontal smoke houses, single- doubleor processes in 20°C and above. The external cooling system consists of a rustproof evaporator built-in outside the chamber in a closed air system and a refrigerating unit with a control and protection system.

The system structure enables the process in a closed air circulation with its simultaneous drying. A closed system work shortens the processing time with regard to the traditional air circulationin the chamber.
